Completed: Updated Rust MSRV to 1.88

Changes Made

I've successfully updated the Rust version to 1.88.0 in both locations where it was explicitly specified:

• flake.nix - Updated from 1.85.0 → 1.88.0 (line 19)
• frontend/src-tauri/Cargo.toml - Updated rust-version from 1.77.2 → 1.88.0 (line 9)

GitHub Actions Workflows

All GitHub Actions workflow files (.github/workflows/*.yml) use dtolnay/rust-toolchain@stable, which automatically uses the latest stable Rust version. These workflows will automatically pick up Rust 1.88 when it becomes the stable version, so no changes were needed there.

Summary

The Rust MSRV has been updated to 1.88.0 as requested. This prepares the codebase for the upcoming ORT v2.0 release. The changes have been committed and pushed to the branch.
