Describe the problem
The problem is easy, it is unclear how to define a bicyclist pushing the bike.
I think it is not covered so far.
An approach to divide it to pedestrian and bicycle is not really fullfilling.
Maybe a new property isPushing or sth would be a better approach.

Beside that new vehicle_classification types are needed. Feel free to add here (@ all)
