Documentation not available and installation not working.

Describe the bug

The documentation that should be available on the link in the README.md of the repository is not working, neither the link with the rules.

Also, I followed the instructions to install the OSI validator that are available in the README.md and the program does not work when I call the '$ osivalidator' on my terminal.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to README.md
2. Click on 'here': The full documentation on the validator and customization of the rules is available here.
3. File not found
4. Same problem with the link Rules.
