Missing Layout properties in the editor

Rename "STLayout" to "Proportional" in the editor view.

Additionally, include all properties such as offset (left, right, bottom, top) and proportion (left, right, bottom, top).
May be others ?

Initially I wrote this issue just for missing ProportionalLayout stuff for alpha4.
No problem to process others layouts, I will rename the issue.
