Need documentation about how the various config files interact and what to edit where to affect change in deployment. As an example, I was trying to change the cache URL for the oti / otindex calls, and did not see anything in the config files in deployed-systems. Turns out that information is in the curator and webapp config files in the opentree repo. Or, there are also configuration details for peyotl that aren't obvious from reading the germinator docs.
