Switchbot thermostat not detected in home assistant

Current Situation

The Switchbot Support Team sent me here from my initial request on https://support.switch-bot.com/hc/de/requests/1098591

My problem is, that I cannot get my switchbot thermostat to appear in Home Assistant. Auto device detection seems to not work correctly. Bluetooth is proxied via a Shelly Plug S Gen3. Other Switchbot device, like Outdoor Meter are detected thoug.

The Thermostatt has the BLE Mac Adress B0:E9:FE:74:BF:03
it is not discoverd by the Switchbot Bluetooth integration
But it is visible in the bluetooth diagnostics data
On the terhmostat I also tried to put it in Bluetooth pariring mode, by switching the device to "OF" and pushing the button until the Bluetooth icons blinks. But even then, the device does not appear in the Home Assistant interface.
