Current Situation
Hello, I currently have limited options in Home Assistant with my Switchbot S20.
Proposed Change
Hello SwitchBot Team,
I am a user of the SwitchBot S20 and I use Home Assistant to manage my smart home. Currently, the integration is very limited and I would like to request the following improvements for the API and official integration:
Room Cleaning Support: Currently, sending a command to clean a specific room returns a "12404" error. Please allow the API to trigger cleaning by Room ID.
Cleaning Modes: We need to be able to switch between "Vacuum", "Mop", and "Vacuum & Mop" directly from Home Assistant.
Suction & Water Flow Control: Please expose the controls for suction power (Quiet, Standard, Turbo) and water flow levels in the API.
Scene Sync: Scenes created in the SwitchBot App do not show up in Home Assistant. It would be great to have them synced.
Your vacuum hardware is great, but the integration needs these software features to be truly "Smart". Thank you for your help!
