Change error message for already openwrap modified project files

When calling o init-wrap -all, any project files that have previously been modified to include the OpenWrap.CSharp.targets show a misleading error message to the console: Project 'BlahBlah.csproj' was not a recognized csharp project file. Ignoring.

Instead, I would like to see an error message that stated the project file was already modified/included in the wrap (or something along those lines that makes sense).

I would be happy to issue a pull request with the fix, but it will be several days before I can find the time to familiarize myself with the code base. Anyone already familiar enough with the codebase to make the fix quickly, please feel free to beat me to it. :)

The command needs heavy refactoring anyway, I'll get to that one soon enough. Happy taking the pull request though :)
