Command send fails with _DCP_CONTEXT_HANDLED_ in hooks.js

Intermittent command-send failure with @tarquinen/opencode-dcp. UI shows: 'Befehl konnte nicht gesendet werden' and 'Error: DCP_CONTEXT_HANDLED' with stack trace to ....cache\opencode\node_modules@tarquinen\opencode-dcp\dist\lib\hooks.js:113:27. Environment: OpenCode 1.2.1, plugin @tarquinen/opencode-dcp@2.1.3, Windows. Expected: command should send successfully or internal sentinel errors should not surface as fatal user-facing errors. Observed: request fails before send path completes. Possibly related: #304 and #353.

Additional reproduction detail: the error is triggered when using the /DCP command.\n\nObserved behavior:\n- Run /DCP in OpenCode\n- UI shows: 'Befehl konnte nicht gesendet werden'\n- Error includes: DCP_CONTEXT_HANDLED\n- Stack points to: ....cache\opencode\node_modules@tarquinen\opencode-dcp\dist\lib\hooks.js:113:27\n\nSo this appears directly tied to the /DCP command path.

Oh nice find, thanks. I'm not a desktop/webUI user so I forgot to check this when commands came out, they don't show up in the TUI. I'm not really sure how to fix this, as far as I know throwing errors was the only way to stop the agentic loop for commands. I'll research some more later but also open to PRs if anyone has ideas.
