Added Zephyr module.yml file, as well as top-level CMakeLists.txt and Kconfig files.
Removed non-existent subdirectories from lib/CMakeLists.txt and lib/Kconfig. Removed lines appear to be remnants from nrfconnect/sdk-nrf.
Rounded up the block size to the nearest multiple of the slab alignment.
Removed a redundant Kconfig file that broke the 'mac_flow' test build.

I am running the latest version which has not been uploaded. I will doing another release this Friday. Attached is a copy of the latest automated tests output. The mac_ass_security/mac_ass.security test is a work in progress but I am struggling with implementing security running the native_sim_64. I will look at your suggested changes. |

I attempted to reproduce the results from the March 5 test report and ran into a few issues. This PR includes changes that resolved most of them on my end. Opening as a draft for now; let me know if the changes look good to merge into main.
