Additional frequencies are required, but AbstractModel inheritance is broken so they have to be added into the original file.
When confirming escalations, the next scheduled observation needs to be updated with the frequency defined as the custom frequency value on the current spell.
Materialized view needs to be refreshed after an observation has been submitted.
custom_frequency needs to be added to the sql string that is used to retrieve patient data on the mobile view.
