Remove exit from create_user.sql

I'm adding Logger as a dependency to one of my projects. As part of the install I plan to have the user download logger before running my install scripts then run a master script that will include calls to the Logger install scripts.

When my master script hits the exit of course it exits.

This is a small issue that I can easily work around but if the exit is not needed and it's ok to remove, I'd be happy to add a pull request.
