Integration with mkDocs

No need to reinvent the wheel when it comes to Markdown conversion to HTML.
I would recommend adding support for MkDocs
by automatically inserting generated markdown files into the mkdocs.yml using some type of place holder.

This is what I am trying to do with the utPLSQL version 3 documenation.

Are you willing to accept a pull request for such a feature?

@rlove Sure. I use readthedocs.org which uses Sphinx docs behind the scenes.

I haven't used MkDocs but always interested in learning new tools.

Please submit a PR and I'll see what we can do with it.

Side note, good job on utPLSQL! Also glad to see you're using this tool.
