Implement typing

The language is still primitive and needs improvement.
The first step in this plan is to begin to implement typing into the language.
The plan for this will be detailed below.

Implement Typing

Issue

Discovered a bug with the language where strings are not actually used by the compiler.
Compiler treats all variables as floats and only uses strings when printing.

Planned Fix

The only solution appears to be to begin implementing typing into the language.
Over the next couple of days/weeks/months I will decide how I want typing to work in the language and document
my decisions. I will then begin to implement the changes as specified in the documentation.

Expected Time Requirements

I have literally no idea how long this is going to take.
This will push back everything else that is currently in progress because of the priority.
