Featured Projects on Front page are Missing Title and Link

On the front page under featured projects, we have a block where users can add a "Featured Project". By selecting a Featured Project, they are referencing the Project content type: https://disaster-sts-network.org/admin/structure/paragraphs_type/featured_project

This Featured Project is set to display as a Rendered Entity with a Title and Large Icon as the View Mode (see: https://disaster-sts-network.org/admin/structure/paragraphs_type/featured_project/display). For projects, Title and Large Icon is defined here: https://disaster-sts-network.org/admin/structure/types/manage/pece_project/display/teaser

When I change the View Mode for Featured Project to Title and Small Icon, the title appears. There's something specific about Title and Large Icon for that content type that is hiding the title. I checked the custom CSS classes, and I don't see anything that could be causing the title to not display.

I started troubleshooting a little bit. This does not appear to be related to the changes that Lindsay made in #557

What is even more confusing is that I have an up to date local environment where this issue cannot be reproduced. I have checked and made sure that this is not an issue with a missing template, and it does not appear to be a result of any misuse of layout paragraphs either. As Lindsay said, the Title and Large Icon is configured correctly for the project content type.

Next time we deploy to cfe demo we can mark this ready for review. It appeared that the {{ label }} variable in twig templates was coming up empty. It's very possible that there are more templates that need to be updated. I am not sure yet, but I suspect the empty variable is related to the recent change that we made to allow managing the display of the node title, using the manage display module
