Clarification observable transformation

So the PEtab spec for observable transformations in the observables table states that "Transformation of the observable and measurement for computing the objective function." However, observables can also appear in the noise formula of an observable. I think this formulation is ambiguous asa to whether the evaluation of the noise formula is part of the computation of the objective function, i.e. the observable transformation should be applied when evaluating the noise formula or not.

In the docs, it looks like this is only implied, in some text that was added to say that observable formula, as opposed to observable IDs themselves, can be used in noise formulas #574

a proportional noise model is used, which means the observable formula also appears in the noise formula

To resolve #402 , there is some current support to simplify parameter prior and measurement noise distributions by removing parameterScale priors and the observableTransformation column, and instead promote the use of explicit log(10)normal distributions in the initializationPriorType/objectivePriorType/noiseDistribution columns. I guess this removal of the column would resolve the issue for v2.
