Update material matchers' requirements

Item matchers are used in places like holding, carrying and wearing filters, now ignore-metadata can be ="true" and also have ignore-enchantments="false" at the same time. Before, ignore-metadata meant all meta was ignored and combining it with respecting enchantments/name wasn't allowed

Where in the docs are these mentioned? I don't see anything to update with the new information

It's not mentioned, and maybe a better section for it could be good.

Currently i see them mentioned in the table for player filters, then another table for Carrying/Holding/Wearing filter attributes, and then another section way lower with "Item Filters",

You kinda need both the attributes and the explanation (which explains an example for how to define the item you're matching against) to understand how to use them.

Additionally in the replace-item and enchant-item actions which also use item matchers, there's 0 explanation about all the other attributes (ignore metadata, ignore enchants etc)
