[GUI] Double fade-in Topbar Available click animation

Describe the issue

There is a double fade-in animation when clicking the question mark next to the Available label in the top bar.

Can you reliably reproduce the issue?

1. Click on the question mark next to the Available label in the top bar;

Expected behavior

Smooth fade-in animation of the balance details

Actual behavior

Double fade-in animation, that looks wrong.

What version of PIVX Core are you using?

v5.0.99

Machine specs:
