install

• create database and apply database.sql
• copy mysqlconn-sample.php to mysqlconn.php and add database connection data.

development

• install virtualbox and vagrant.
• run vagrant up.
• use vagrant rsync-auto to update files while development.
• open localhost:8080 in your browser.
