Augment the system prompt to explicitly require monitoring CI until completion after pushing changes, fixing any failures along the way. Previously Claude would sometimes push changes and return with "CI should pass" without actually verifying - see PR PRQL#5670 for an example. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
