Trigger CI with no permissions needed, no access to secrets or repo wide GITHUB_TOKEN permissions
- How do we generate prerelease? Should be tied to the PR, and should be only maintainer that can trigger. Should we use a bot via comment command? @bot prerelease?
Merged PR
Push main -> CD -> Get info from PR via last commit on main.
What about filters? Only run when there is a new change on module.
Closed PR (merged or cancelled)
Clean up prereleases / hide in PowerShell Gallery
