License mismatch in include/psp-sev.h (GPLv2)

Hi there,

I was browsing the source files and I stumbled upon the psp-sev.h file, which is GPLv2. 

It is really just a heads-up. It would be nice to list all the licenses in the LICENSE* files but maybe it is much effort for little gain.
