INTRODUCTION
------------
This library is part of the Parallel Tools GUI Framework (PTGF) and is simply 
a Qt4-based wrapper for the GraphViz library.  All rendering is done in Qt4 
using the QGraphicsView objects and attempts are made at making the rendering 
as scalable as possible.
