[CI] Remove test_metrics.py due to incompatible forced merge

Motivation

[CI] Remove test_metrics.py due to breaking changes introduced by forced merge.

Modifications

• Remove test_metrics.py from CI to unblock the pipeline.
• The test relies on logic that was broken by the forced merge in 【NewFeature】support load fp8 weight #5565 and currently cannot run correctly.
