每个文档中的NDK说明删掉吧，以及文档最后的文档链接需要参考最新的examples/vision/detection/paddledetection/android中的文档来修改

这里不是‘DETECTION_XXX’，应该修改成OCR对应的字段，包括注释也需要作相应的修改
