[BUG] getMangaProgressManagementForm results in an undefined error requiring a restart/reload to fix

Describe the Bug

After opening a form created by getMangaProgressManagementForm, closing it in any way (cancel or submit) will cause an undefined error that doesn't go away without an app restart/reload. This error prevents regular use so the restart/reload becomes critical for regular use to resume.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Implement getMangaProgressManagementForm
2. Open the form by clicking on manage in the tracker icon
3. Click Cancel or Done
4. The error pops up and going to the settings for the affected will consistently produce the error
