This will allow transports to both register their own dependencies and resolve externally registered ones, such as infrastructure clients, via DI.

Example: Azure Service Bus would be able to start using Azure Clients - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/azure/sdk/dependency-injection
