Guestimate required storage based on ingestion statistics

Users might select a retention period for an instance that simply cannot work for their available storage. Instance should guestimate if the free storage is sufficient. Ideally already during installation (message size * message throughput* retension period) as a static check but even better dynamically at run-time.

This prevents corruption issues caused by #2701
