Description
Updates RavenDB to 5.4.112. The release notes for 5.4.110 shows an improvement to the Bulk Insert API which is used by ServiceControl to ingest messages.
Additionally, add a 1-minute cancellation token on the BulkInsert calls, to ensure the process does not hang indefinitely if the database becomes overloaded.
This PR also contains updates to allow the solution to build using the .NET 8 SDK.
