The status of the Monitoring instance for throughput collection is being reported based on data received on the Error instance. A valid state for report generation is having at least 24 hours of data. This meant that if Monitoring data existed only for today, it was not being reported as "successful" since it doesn't satisfy the report rule.
This has been updated to report as "successful" even if data exists only for today. The report generation rule has not changed.
