Update container docs

This PR updates the container README files in the following ways:

• The RavenDB container README no longer references the architecture-specific tags that were removed the image was changed to be multi-arch.
• The container README file has been split into separate files for each instance.
• The new setup-and-run parameter introduced in "Setup and run" startup option to combine setup and run into one action #4387 is used in the usage example.
