Prevent split bar to be moved completely to the top and hide the message grid #1537

Describe the suggested improvement
A user can accidentally move the split bar all the way to the top and hide the message view. The user might also not know how to recover form this show the message grid again.
The only "seemingly" way to do this is to restart ServiceInsight.
