Feature request: VS 2017 migration

I'm dying to test this out, but I want to have all the nice new compiler options VS 2017 has at my finger tips. I've tried to do this myself, but I am unworthy it seems.
This repository truly is the work of a God just based on reading the code and shaders, I just wish I didn't have to install a really old version of VS.
