I have some skills that I don't have 100% uptime on. For example, Lightning Warp requires casting ball lightnings, positioning, etc. It's not actually used nearly as much as its max cast speed. However, there's no way to represent this in PoB's DPS calculations.

I would like to be able to enter a fractional value in the Count field for a skill.
