v2.1.1 was not published to NPM/Yarn

It is not possible to add angular-intercom@2.1.1 through NPM or Yarn atm (unlike Bower). An example run:

cansin@dungeon:~/$ yarn add angular-intercom@2.1.1
yarn add v0.22.0
