I'm intrigued by the promise

Generates valid and semantic HTML5 markup (even when the content is pasted from MS Word)

That is usually what separates the men from the boys in rich text world.

But…

Uses sandboxed iframes in order to prevent identity theft through XSS

I also noticed that it's possible (just like with Aloha and many other editors) for the user to enter content outside a P on the first line. :(
