Update nmap repo

Main problem is that nmap-7.31 will not work with current installation of pentestbox, because users would be using winpcap and current nmap version only supports npcap.

I guess it would be better to ship new version with v3.0

Hi, you can ship Npcap together with WinPcap. Npcap can coexist with WinPcap in Npcap mode.
