Description of changes

Makes walls and structures blend with things that they really should blend with in order not to look stupid.

Bit unsure about blending with exterior turfs, but that can be addressed if this is ported upstream

It's purely a visual effect. Otherwise, if you put a steel wall next to something like a mineral wall it won't "nudge" against it and instead show a clean break from the mineral wall's edge.
