Easy change of logo

At the moment the logo is hardcoded in `src/components/logo/logo.tsx`. 

**Current behavior:** 

_The logo is hardcoded and is not easy to change._

**Expected behavior:** 

_The logo by default to be a PNG/SVG loaded from static files._
