Describe the bug
Right click on an icon bring the Light Theme Menu instead of the Dark Menu when in dark mode.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set Windows in Dark Mode
2. Go to a frame
3. Right Click on an icon
4. See the Light Theme Menu

Expected behavior
When windows is in dark mode, right clicking an icon should bring the Dark Theme Menu not the Light Theme.

• OS Version 25H2
