Almost playable start-to-finish
This release contains an installer for the mod.
I am releasing it because i have very little time for VR nowadays and this project is almost playable from start to finish.
It's the latest commit and about 95% of the way to what i'd call a proper version 1.0.0.
Most of the game should be playable start to finish, except for the kingdom management and whatever weird new bugs the latest commits introduced. Framerate is good in most areas i tested, except the player's town hub.
Here's a video of the latest improvements:

Controls are configured for Oculus touch (Quest 3, Quest 2,...) controllers, and probably the valve index controllers as well, i forgot. For other controllers, you can probably assign the controls yourself in the SteamVR bindings interface.
The controls are based on the game's official gamepad controls, shuffled around in a way i feel fits on the Oculus touch controllers:
Right A; interact
Right B: whatever B does
Left A/X; pause, hold to enter First-person mode
Left Y: open the abilities bar, hold to open the escape menu
Left trigger: Party member select interface
Right trigger: Ingame menu select interface (Character stats, equipment, journal, ...)
Holding the grip buttons and moving your hands lets you "pull" the world to move around, rotate and scale it in a way similar to or at least inspired by demeo.
left joystick moves the player, right rotates view when in first-person mode.
When in combat you can point with your controller to the location where you want to move or who to attack etc. Think of it as your controller being a laser pointer for your mouse.
Movement style in first-person mode is standard continuous walking and rotation, no special comfort options have been made yet and, while it feels generally agreeable to play, some menus, loadingscreens etc can be janky or cause discomfort for those without sturdy VR legs.
Tested on the Quest 2, Quest 3 and Pimax 5k super with Valve Index controllers.
I think development will slowly pick up again, but i hope this release is of use to someone regardless.
If there's any problems with the installer, please let me know. I didn't have time to fully test it yet.
First VRMaker Installer
Should be as easy as running the raimanager.exe. You might have to drag the .Kingmaker .exe on top of the installer if it can't find it automatically. Mainly tested on: Quest 2, Quest 3, Pimax with Valve Knuckles. Other non-meta HMDs don't have controller bindings yet.
Have fun!
