Added mob wasn't following in shincolle.
You followed in the original world, but I didn't follow in the other worlds.
When a player dies, a follower has disappeared. A follower has not returned.

I can't reproduce these two bugs, tested in vanilla server with forge 2185.

Is vanilla or bukkit server? maybe there are some bugs in bukkit server.
