Description of the change
Catering.cancelled_by requests had "action": "metadata_changed" in the request body and "cancelled" was under "status". But the only "action"s that don't cause the code to exit are "cancelled" and "approved".
Benefits
Changed the code to accept "metadata_changed" and added code to then check the extension data for the status of cancelled. Also added logging so we can see where the code exits in case there are still issues.
