API: Container Transactions and Entity interactions lookup

As I see, there is no way to lookup container transactions and entity (Armor stands, item frame and etc) interaction. I hope that it will be added in the future :)

If someone wants to tackle adding this to the API, it shouldn't be horribly complicated.

If not, I'll get around to it eventually myself.
