The current export routine does not include "this study" in the contribution id field

I believe none of the other information is in the IRMDB, so I am not sure how we would include that in the export.

currently datetime are in iso 8601 format, 2020-01-06T10:14:00.000-06:00. I know we talked about this, but I don't remember if this needs to change. There are variations in the iso 8601 "standard" as regards to the"T" I believe.
