Paxi prod api uri 세팅
popo-public과 다르게 admin 페이지에서는 paxi에 요청보내는 부분이 존재하는데, paxi-dev 밖에 없었어서 그쪽으로 요청을 보냄. 문제는 쿠키 도메인 설정 상 prod 쿠키와 dev 쿠키가 호환되지 않아 paxi에 쿠키가 붙질 않았음.
paxi api도 웬만큼 개발 다 해서 이제 paxi prod api도 만들어주고, 그 쪽으로 요청 보내도록 설정
