PokeAPI/pokeapi.co#28 and PokeAPI/api-data#12 both store an artifact of the public files and trigger a build of this "deploy" repository using CircleCI's API.
"deploy" then retrieves the stored artifacts, unpacks them, and copies them to the "public" folder before deploying it to Firebase.
