Item Filter not working

I've defined an itemfilter in the config file for 101-104 but they are not thrown away (no message about that appeared).
im just passing everyting with the config file pokecli.py -cf config.json an no other arguments

item_filter works accordingly, please see PR #638 which explains why it 'stopped' working
