clean up homepage & add "2.0 is coming" banner
the homepage has been cleaned up, removed placeholder icons, fixed some CSS, improved accessibility w/ little visible change
"2.0" is coming banner & page shown below. if this is not wanted, it can be removed. figured it'd be good to alert users of the documentation site. not sure if it's too earlier
