Empty continuation prompt breaks text placement near bottom of window

Steps to reproduce

Run Set-PSReadLineOption -ContinuationPrompt '', press enter until you reach the bottom of the terminal window, then press shift enter a number of times (alternatively, open a string literal). Then start typing regular text.

Expected behavior

The text appears at the bottom of the window, as it does with a non empty prompt.

Actual behavior

The text appears at a completely wrong place, but the cursor position remains consistent
